So you might be asking yourself why Bump, Birth and Baby classes? I have over a decade experience teaching the former Daisy Lanarkshire Classes. Coupled with this, I’m very proud winner of a MAMA award (equivalent of a Oscar for the industry). I also have some great chat, well so they tell me, no subject or question is taboo. My classes are friendly, supportive and fantastic value for money. It’s for these reasons, I’m proud to be the leading provider in the Lanarkshire area.

Julie Keys Birth, Bump and Baby Classes offer a selection of workshops and group sessions that meet the needs of expectant mums and new parents from early pregnancy right through to toddlerhood. A continuous perinatal support that helps you to achieve a positive pregnancy, confident birth and an informed and supported journey to confident motherhood. Classes range from £37.50 - £80 per block booking, making these classes the most cost effective throughout Lanarkshire.

As a term, continuity of care might sound pretty vague. But what it really means is that through attending these classes you’ll have the support from Julie in pregnancy, labour and postnatally.

My mission is to support and empower you to plan and experience a confident, positive birth and early parenting journey.
I offer a selection of classes, workshops and group sessions that meet the needs of expectant mums and new parents from early pregnancy right through to mobile babies – a continuous perinatal support that helps you to achieve a positive pregnancy, confident birth and an informed and supported journey to confident motherhood.
Meeting people with babies the same age is invaluable during the early days of parenthood, as well as for many years to come. We offer support when it counts, and of course a ready-made group of friends for your tiny humans. Each Baby class gets it own Whats app group and community Facebook group with just under 3k members making it an ideal sounding board 24/7. I can't guarantee that you'll come out of class with a new bestie, but I will do all I can to ensure you feel part of the community.

"I started classes with Julie when I was 14 weeks pregnant with my twins i knew there was a high chance I could end up with a c-section however, wanted to be as prepared as possible if I was to have a natural delivery - Julie was amazing at ensuring I had all the information I needed.
I ended up doing another block when I was 29 weeks pregnant to meet another group of amazing women who were all due their babies much closer to me this time. When I found out at 36+5 that I would be having a c-section the following day - Julie ended up getting a call to give me some reassurance!
